Love these guys. I met with numerous design and build companies, but found Chiusano from a referral from another builder. Everything said about them was accurate: communicative, knowledgeable, efficient in the work they do and actually cared about getting the job done well and as I wanted it. They provided detailed estimates, we discussed changes before locking those in and then as projects progressed they PROACTIVELY ran cost changes past me BEFORE incurred. Additionally, they came to the table to understand me and what I wanted, then offered good solutions. Sometimes I had outlandish ideas (shocking - the homeowner had crazy ideas!) but they came back with reasonable ways to make those things happen. Finally, their ability to tackle very diverse projects with skill & quality left my home looking stunning — 600ft of cedar fencing in very tough soil conditions, a beautiful new kitchen, added an interior staircase, installed some gigantic fans (in a room with 30 ft ceilings). Net net: they’re awesome, results better than I could have ever expected and I’ll definitely work with again.
